Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one y877 account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. y877 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances held across those accounts will be forfeited.
3.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation in online gaming via the y877 platform is lawful under the laws applicable in your specific location. y877 does not represent or warrant that the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. 4.1 Account Security. 4.3 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. y877 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, which will be communicated to you via your registered email address prior to any fee being applied. Where an inactive account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your y877 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closing an account, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
5.1 y877 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. These are the only payment methods currently accepted. y877 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or payments via third-party intermediaries.

5.3 Own Funds Only. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and are derived from lawful sources. y877 prohibits deposits made using payment instruments belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment instrument may result in account suspension pending investigation.
5.4 Deposit Fees. y877 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which y877 has no control.
5.5 Failed Deposits. If a deposit transaction is initiated but funds do not appear in your y877 balance within 30 minutes of the transaction being completed on your end, you should contact y877 support with your transaction reference number. y877 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures within 24 hours.
6.1 Verification Prerequisite. Full KYC verification — including CNIC submission and approval — is required before any withdrawal is processed. This is a mandatory, non-negotiable condition and applies to all accounts without exception.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. y877 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative supported method at its discretion, particularly where the original deposit method does not support outbound transfers.
6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following indicative timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — 1 to 4 hours for standard verified accounts, under 1 hour for VIP Gold tier and above; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank — 2 to 8 hours. These are indicative timeframes and may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Winnings. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms. Only the portion of your balance that constitutes cleared, wagering-complete funds is eligible for withdrawal at any given time.

Contributions from different game categories toward wagering requirements vary — typically, slots contribute at 100% while table games, live casino, and sports betting contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a specific promotion expressly permits it, only one bonus offer may be active in a Player's account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously without authorisation will result in the forfeiture of all but the first active bonus.

13.2 Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in that account — including both real-money balance and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at y877's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
13.3 Where an account is closed by y877 for operational or business reasons unrelated to any breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their most recent verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
